Our minimum order value is €250. We process orders within 24 hours of placement. Once your order is packed, we send your invoice. Your order is dispatched after payment is received.
Shipping across the EU
We ship from the Netherlands across the EU. Delivery times depend on your destination and the parcel carrier. We agree the box packing with you to make the most of each parcel, with less empty space. Each parcel weighs less than 20 kg.
Payment by bank transfer
We pack your order after it is received. Once it is ready, you receive an invoice including shipping costs and VAT where applicable. Pay by bank transfer; we dispatch your order after receiving payment.
